Students at Oswestry Centre enjoyed exploring Whittington Castle in the lovely weather. They discovered the 13th Century ruins and the rumour that Dick Whittington may have lived in a cottage nearby.
Students then learnt about the attack by cannon fire in 1643 during the Civil War. Students ended the day with a delicious ice cream!
